Yes, we brought our dog along with us to China. He had to be quarantined for a week and that was stressful for all of us, but he is free and happy now. I guess he will be spending his retirement in Beijing.

Greetings from China
I can't believe it! I now live in Beijing. I thought I had my whole life all planned out, but boy was I wrong. Leaving the U.S. was one of the scariest things my husband and I had to deal with. Fortunately, we have been very happy so far with the change of enviroment. Perhaps I will have more time updating my blog now that I no longer have a full time job.

Italy and Monaco
From my summer European trip.
My quick stop in Italy's morning market was unforgettable. Piles and piles of gorgeous fresh fruits and veggies. I still remember the taste of nectarines I bought from there. They were simply the best.
Monaco on the other hand was quite different than any place I've visited. Filled with tropical gardens, gorgeous yachts, and sleek looking boutiques. No wonder it's always packed with tourists.
