Get Out and Play!

We had so much snow this past winter that the park near our home became a mini ski slope. My husband brought out his snowboard and we ended up sledding with it. We laughed and screamed like little 5-year-olds. It was a lot of fun!

The weather here is so strange. It can be warm and sunny one day, then freezing and rainy the next. Some times I do wish I lived in California, minus the high housing cost. Why is getting warmer such a struggle this year?

On a good note, my darkroom supplies are almost complete. Waiting for one more order to come in and I am ready to start developing and printing some black and white film. After that, I will be joining a local camera club so I can use the darkroom they have available. When I asked how many people are using it currently, they said I would likely be the only person in there. Woohoo! All the better! Although, I wouldn't mind meeting some film shooters in town (Hello? Anybody out there?).
