Fall is Here

Summer is over. Time flies. Looking back, a lot has happened over the summer. I got back into photography. Learned a whole bunch of things, including how to use photoshop and how to shoot film. Just last week, I discovered the importance of marketing in the photography business. Seems like the only way to have a successful photography business is know how to market it. Looking at myself right now, there is so much that needs improvement.

My Favorite House

My favorite house is this castle looking home a few blocks away from my house. On a beautiful day, it looks even more fairytale-like.

The picture on the right is my doormat that I got from IKEA. It's covered with dog hair.

New Logo!

I just designed a new logo for this blog. That's right, I did it all by myself! Ha! I feel like Martha Steward on steroid. Not sure how others might like the design, but I am just darn proud of myself enough right now to not care. Although, I am usually a very humble person :)

My neighbor Jenni and her daughter Danielle generously offered to model for me yesterday. We had a wonderful time.

Pictures Coming Up...

I did a photo shoot today with Jenni and Danielle (mother and daughter). It was a lot of fun. I used my Minolta X-700 and manual focused everything. It was a little challenging, but I managed. Can't wait to go to the lab the get the pictures processed.
